Check-Ins

For the safety and security of children and staff we use a check-in system for youth and children’s ministry. The system is an application of Planning Center called Check-Ins. You can access the check-in system through the Church Center mobile app (download here), or you can check-in using a kiosk on site. For an instructional video on using the mobile app click here. 

 

This check-in system is used:

• In the nursery at all times

• On Wednesday evenings for The Well

• On Sunday evenings at Youth Fellowship

• At Vacation Bible School

• Any special events where children and youth being dropped off and picked up

 

We do not use the check-in system:

• At Sunday School

• At Children’s Church

• Any other time when parents are responsible for the well being of their children
